Black Cohosh helps relieve the cramped feeling one may have when in the midst of a situation of feeling trapped, nervous, bound, anxious, overly limited. There is a need to relax, be calm, and stay present without fighting the circumstances. A calmer state of mind will enhance the faculties and make a resolution easier to perceive. Black Cohosh can help to reduce frustration and release self-limiting thoughts that may bind us so that we can open to new concepts that may be coming our way.

Ponder this ...
• Am I willing to take a look at the part I played in creating a current situation or letting it get to this point ?
• What steps can I take, rather than thinking I need someone else to do so, in order to change my situation ?
• What clues may lie in what was going on 7 years ago that could inform my perspective or thinking about a current situation ?
Simple can be harder than complex: You have to work hard to get your thinking clean to make it simple. But it’s worth it in the end because once you get there, you can move mountains. ~ Steve Jobs
We love to have something other than ourselves to project our blame onto when things aren’t going our way or we don’t want to challenge ourselves intellectually to determine and understand not only our part in the creation of situations, but also how we can be a part of and steps we can take to change it.
Today, we are being asked to reflect back to what was going on around 2010 in ourselves and our lives. There is something there that can shed light on how we ended up where we are now, how things were set in motion to become the way they are now, and/or helping to unlock how we might be able to go about changing a current situation that we are not happy about.
Our thinking has gotten so complicated and convoluted that we’ve perhaps lost sight of what may be right in front of us, assuming we see one thing that may, in fact, not be the reality of the situation.
Take some time to calm the mind in order to come back to a simpler, more straightforward way of seeing, thinking about and planning. When we can bring things down to a more black and white perspective, we are likely to allow how to move forward and how to not let this happen again come into focus.
Make sure to double check information, make a back up copy, get things in writing, be very basic and clear and simple in what and how we communicate. We don’t want to end up a victim of miscommunication, misunderstandings, misinterpretation, or gullible to falsehoods or misrepresentation of things.
Make sure to know and trust what’s true and what isn’t.
